We founded Furbulous Pet Supply to give our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Shipping and Return
All orders are shipped not later than 5 business days of receipt Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm. Orders placed between 4 pm to 5 pm on Friday are due for processing by the next Monday. We use the United States Postal Service and FedEx to deliver our orders. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. If an item goes on back order, we will ship the part of your order. You will not be charged with additional shipping and handling fee for the back-order shipment. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders of $29.99 and more for contiguous United States addresses. A flat rate of $5.99 will be added for orders less than $20 for the contiguous United States. And we ship internationally at a flat rate. The shipping cost will be calculated at check out.
FURBULOUS is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. (one-year warranty) If our products didn’t meet your expectation, you may return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date with original packaging for FREE. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from the delivery date. If you believe your package is damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. To cancel an order, please contact SUPPORT@FURBULOUSPET.COM as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse ( up to 14 business days). All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.

If you choose to register in this way, we will collect the information described in the section called "HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?" below.
Application Data. If you use our application, we also may collect the following information if you choose to provide us with access or permission:
• Geolocation Information. We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, continuously while you are using our mobile application, to provide certain location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
• Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's Bluetooth, camera, reminders, social media accounts, photos, calendar, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
• Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer), operating system, version information and system configuration information, and Internet Protocol (IP) address proxy server. If you are using our products, we may also collect information about Bluetooth MAC address and Wi-Fi MAC address and product model and serial number, and your Wi-Fi router's SSID, password, and RSSI signal strength.
• Push Notifications. We may request to send you to push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application. If you wish not to receive these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.
This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of your application for troubleshooting, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by going to "My -> Settings -> Privacy Policy" to withdraw your consent or by contacting us by using the contact details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below.
Opting out of marketing and promotional communications: You can unsubscribe from our marketing and promotional communications at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send, or by contacting us using the details provided in the section "HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS NOTICE?" below. You will then be removed from the marketing lists. Our "Furbulous" App is only available to adults with civil capacity. If you are a minor under the age of 18, please invite your legal guardian to read this policy with you. Use "Furbulous" with the consent of your legal guardian and under the guardian's direction. Minors under the age of 14 should not register for "Furbulous" individually and provide personal information to us.
